“This had to be one of the craziest, but yet amazing days of fishing. Me and my teammate/friend got to the beach around 4:30am to catch some live goggle eyes. It was a little windy, but not enough to make us turn around and go inshore. We both caught our fair share of live bait and decided to head out and have a bait in the water to troll. Out of nowhere a "Perfect" storm rolled in on us and the wind went from 16mph to about 25mph. We were trying to stay away from the storm, but it felt like that was impossible. As we were pedaling our Oldtown Predator PDL Kayaks he told me it's going to pass. The minute the wind calm down just a little my line takes off. This sailfish hit so hard and fast that my mind was only focused on grabbing my Okuma Cedros combo and land that fish. I wasn't even thinking about the storm that was right over us. It was amazing. Because Style counts "Behind the Back" LOL. Live your dream!”
