Enjoy the fertile California Delta by getting after sturgeon, salmon, largemouth and spotted bass.

"The bite is picking up on the California Delta," said Kathy Bunton of Delta Kayak Adventures. "The bass fishing has been tough on the California Delta until recently. I'd been on the water for hours at least twice a week with barely a nibble. Persistence paid off a couple of weeks ago when I caught this spotted bass with my go to swimbait, a baby brush hog.

The bite has since picked up and I recently landed my personal best largemouth, a 19 inch fatty. I own and operate a small kayak rental and tour business on the Delta, Delta Kayak Adventures, and there's nothing I enjoy more than introducing people to the world of kayak fishing. The California Delta is a world class fishery and anglers can target sturgeon, salmon and various species of bass, to name a few."
