  • Q: I have a print subscription. Can I get the digital and app editions?

    1. Tap below to download the apps.

    3. Tap on "Current Subscribers" 

     

    4. Enter your email address and postal/zip code field. Tap "Done".

    5. Repeat for each app you have a subscription to. Enjoy!

    A: You can purchase a single issue at your local newsstand or one of our pro shops. Click the links below to find one in your area.

    You may purchase a print copy of one of our magazines by calling our circulation department at 1-866-709-4985.

    NOTE: Issues will be cover price plus shipping and handling and applicable taxes.

  • Q: How do I change my mailing address?
    • Subscribers: To update your mailing address please email subscriptions@rapidmedia.com or call us at 1-866-709-4985 and we will update your address for future mailing. We print our magazine mailing labels in advance, therefore, it may take a few weeks for the change to be effective.

     

    • ACA Member: As a membership benefit for the ACA we are provided with a new mailing list for each issue. To update your mailing address.
    1. Log in to http://www.americancanoe.org.
    2. Click on Manage Profile on the right-hand side of the screen
    3. Click on Edit Bio
    4.  Update information and save

     

    • Paddle Canada Member: As a membership benefit for Paddle we are provided with a new mailing list for each issue. Please contact admin@paddlecanada.com or 1-888-252-6292 Ext. 13 and they will update your information.
  • Q: When will my first issue arrive?

    Print subscriptions begin with the next issue off the press (see chart below). After we receive your subscription order, your first issue should arrive in approximately 4 to 12 weeks. If you've waited 12 or more weeks without receiving an issue, please inform us about it at subscriptions@rapidmedia.com or 1-866-709-4985 and we will investigate it for you.

    With our exclusive Print + Digital subscriptions we offer free access to the current digital issue for your iPad/iPhone, Android or desktop computer white you wait for your print issue to arrive. To

  • Q: Why did I receive duplicate issues?

    If you are receiving duplicate issues, the first step you need to do is look at the account numbers on your magazine mailing labels. If the numbers are identical, then this is likely a one-time printing error. If the account numbers are different, then this needs to be reported to us. To report receipt of duplicate issues, please email subscriptions@rapidmedia.com or call us at 1-866-709-4985

  • Q: How do I replace a missing issue?

    If you never received a certain issue, please email subscriptions@rapidmedia.com or call us at 1-866-709-4985. If the issue is still available, we will mail you a replacement copy immediately; however, if we have run out of this issue, we will extend your subscription expiry date accordingly and promptly reply to you with our action taken.

  • Q: When does my subscription expire?

    We start contacting our subscribers about their renewals approximately 3 months prior to the subscription expiry date. To renew your subscription please go to www.rapidmedia.com/renew or call our office at 1-866-709-4985.
