Discover the 1,200-kilometre canoe trail that runs from Thunder Bay to the Manitoba border in northern Ontario.

Carrie Nolan from Path of the Paddle Trail thru-paddled the route last year and tells publisher Scott MacGregor all about the new trail in this short segment from Canoecopia 2016.

Named after Canadian icon Bill Mason, the route follows the Trans Canada Trail. Campsites and portages are maintained by the non-profit.

Find out more on the trail at pathofthepaddleassociation.com.
