My name is Jon Jon and I am the Captain/Owner of Local Fishing Knowledge Maui. I have a very deep passion for Extreme Kayak Fishing and I would like to invite anyone to come and fish with me or my crew. We'll go for Blue Line Trevalli's, 100+ lbs Ulua's (GT's) or Tiger sharks from off shore. For the more extremists, we can and will go after Mahimahi's, Ono's and Pacific Blue Marlins off the kayak. Locally born and raised here on Maui, along with having a commercial fisherman as a father, I know these waters like the spool of my reels.

I love to Paint, Write, and Fish but what gives me most pleasure is to be able to share an incredible fishing adventure with someone else, especially if you have not done it before. The joy in someones eyes when they land their biggest fish on my tours does not quite pay the bills but definitely priceless. It is without a doubt that my passion for Kayak Fishing is as deep as the Molokai Channel. A teacher and student of the sea, husband and father of 3, that is my life.
