    Hey Scott...I know you probably have been busy but there are some issues with the forum. For one, I can not post pictures in my threads, two...it is very slow, and three...we need a page for fishing trips. Can this be done?

    Scott MacGregor Yes, been swamped. Thanks for the feedback. We've been putting off a server upgrade just because we've been too busy to do it. I'll work on the pictures thing. And yes, we can create a fishing trips category, do you mean where guys can post about their trips? Just checking. Any thoughts about a title or description that you feel will entice folks to contribute?

    PS I have a whole new site template and concept coming. I'm rolling it out on KA and then for our other three magazines. Looking at early September.

    {actor} I'm in Asheville, N.C. at ACA National Conference.

    ACA just announced that Kayak Angler will be their official kayak fishing magazine. They are suspending the publishing of Paddler.

    There are lots of details to still be worked out. I'm super excited about this partnership.

    {actor} Packing for a week of paddling and fishing on the Dumoine River with my family. Both kids, Tanya and our friend (and Canoeroots and Rapid writer) Brian Shields are coming along. Packing includes Yeti coolers, blue barrels full of stuffed animals and Polly Pockets, and box of wine.

    {actor} Getting ready this week for Outdoor Retailer, a show like ICAST but for the outdoor and paddling industries. Rapid Media is the host of the Paddle Zone in the center of the paddling part of the show. We've created a 48-page New Products Showcase and will be filming for Rapid Media TV. After the show we'll release the guide in iTunes so you can see all the new products for 2011.
