We have all put a great deal of time into becoming better paddling leaders. This symposium provides an opportunity for you to hone your skills, learn some new tricks, get to know your colleagues, and have some fun.     Sessions will include:         * Teaching in dynamic environments,         * Detection and correction methods,         * Performance-based assessment,         * Risk management,         * Paddling fitness,         * And much, much more.
