This symposium targets all paddlers who are interested in learning more about, safely enjoying Long Islands waterways, in kayak, canoe or other small boat. Presentation topics will include, what equipment do you need, how should you dress for the water, how to use the equipment, where are the best put-ins, and what you need to know to keep safe, and some fun things to do when you are on the water, like fishing or photography.
